We have been skiing with our children since they were all very young and there is one thing about skiing with the family. If the children are OK then everyone is happy!
In the village there is a nursery, taking children from 4 months to 4 years. Here, they will play inside and outside depending on the weather and they can provide a full day with lunch or mornings or afternoons depending on what suits you best. It is advisable to book a place before you travel.
The Ski school ESF (Ecole Ski de Francais) takes children at different stages from 3 years and above. The little ones will join the skiing at the Jardin des Neiges (snow garden) which will be made up of ski lessons and play designed to teach the children balance and manoeuvrability.
After they progress from le Jardin at the age of about 5/6 they will join the ‘Flocon' (snow flake)
Do not be surprised to see your little ones speeding past you after their first couple of days skiing!
Adult lessons can be booked again through the ESF either as group lessons, which can be really good fun, or take private lessons for a more individual or advanced lesson.
